At the Bureau of Human Resources HR/EX of the State Department, Encentric provided operational support to the PeopleSoft v9.1 human resource system, GEMS, including day-to-day O&M and new development to support new system imperatives. Encentric’s support to HR/EX covered the full lifecycle of the PeopleSoft-based HR system, including functional support, requirements development, application coding and development, system testing, and the management and staffing of HR/EX’s Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS) service desk.
At TTB, Encentric´s corps of engineers built a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solution that allowed the agency to promote enterprise mobility while increasing data and application security, all the while bringing substantial savings in software refresh and total IT maintenance cost.
